  • Full payment must be made as per the agreed timeline prior to the event date.

  • The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

  • Grand Prism Hotel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of organizing your event and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar.
